Session Options
Private Tutoring Sessions
Private Tutoring Sessions allow you to work individually with me, or you can form a small group of your own, and bring up to three friends/classmates for no additional charge. Private tutoring gives us the opportunity to customize lessons to fit your needs and learning style. In general, during private sessions, we go over homework, I re-teach concepts you don’t fully understand, and I prepare you for your exams using practice exams, quizzes, and problems. In addition, I can help with time management skills and create study plans. So that you can listen closely and absorb information, I take notes for you on the material we cover; these notes are yours to keep after the session.
Private Tutoring Sessions are available Mondays through Thursdays most weeks throughout the semester except for exam weeks, when generally only Exam Week Private Sessions and Exam Review Sessions are offered (see below for descriptions of these sessions). If you do not see an opening that fits your schedule, please contact Becca directly.
Rate: $100 per 50-minute session

Midterm and Final Exam Week Private Tutoring Sessions
Midterm and Final Exam Week Private Tutoring Sessions are identical to Private Sessions, but are offered during exam weeks. Just like Private Sessions, you are allowed to bring up to three additional friends for no additional charge, or if you prefer, you can attend alone for a private setting. Exam Week Private Session rates are higher than Private Session rates in an effort to encourage students to prepare ahead of time, and not wait until exam weeks.
Rate: $125 per 50-minute session

Exam Review Sessions
Exam Review Sessions contain complete and comprehensive course-content reviews with an emphasis on exam-like sample problems displaying concepts from each chapter, section by section; I also review formulas and offer you tricks and time-saving methods tailored to each exam. If you attend, you will receive a large packet of information incorporating these concepts and methods. I teach these sessions in a classroom in the IMU on a whiteboard, so you may also take notes in addition to receiving the information in the packet. Note: Historically, the majority of these sessions frequently fully book up ahead of time. Priority in booking is given to previous clients of Red Tutoring. Please sign up early.
Rate: varies based on the length of the session (generally $39 for a two hour review)
Location: Indiana Memorial Union (IMU), Tree Suites area: exact room varies, but stated explicitly in online scheduling site and confirmation e-mail
Cancellation Policy
Red Tutoring has a strict no cancellation, no rescheduling, and no refund policy due to the small nature of my operation. However, if you are unable to make a booked appointment and would like to offer your appointment to a friend/classmate, feel free to do so, and you can simply let me know who is coming in your place.
